Warrantyon every repair we finish

Ninety days on parts and labor, written on your invoice. This page explains exactly what that covers.

Last updated October 2026

What the warranty covers

Every repair we complete carries ninety days of coverage on both the parts we installed and the labor to fit them, counted from the date on your invoice.

If the same fault returns inside those ninety days, we come back and put it right at no charge to you. No second service call fee, no labor charge, no charge for replacing the part again.

  • The part we supplied and installed
  • The labor involved in fitting it
  • Return visits for the same fault inside 90 days

What it does not cover

The warranty is tied to the fault we repaired, not to the whole appliance. A different fault appearing later is a separate job.

  • A new and unrelated fault on the same appliance
  • Damage from misuse, overloading, power surges or flooding
  • Parts you supplied yourself, which carry no labor warranty from us
  • Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents and discoloured trim
  • Appliances moved, reinstalled or worked on by someone else after our visit
  • Problems caused by plumbing, gas or electrical supply outside the appliance

Manufacturer coverage on new parts

Some new parts carry a manufacturer warranty longer than ninety days. Where that applies, you keep it and we will tell you at the time of the repair.

If a manufacturer-warranted part fails after our ninety days, the part itself may be replaced free by the maker, but our labor to fit it is chargeable at the normal rate.

Diagnostic only visits

If you decide not to go ahead with a repair, you pay the service call fee for the diagnosis and nothing else. That visit carries no warranty, because no work was performed.

The written diagnosis stays valid for thirty days, so you can think it over or get a second quote without paying twice.

How to make a claim

Call us and quote the invoice number. We check the date, confirm the fault is the same one, and book the return visit, usually within forty-eight hours.

Keep the invoice. It is the only record of when the ninety days started, and we cannot verify a claim without it.
