Five certified technicians working Katy and the west Houston suburbs for ten years. Flat pricing, ninety days on parts and labor, and an honest answer when a repair is not worth paying for.
Our story
Five certified technicians, one base in Katy, and around eight thousand appliances brought back to service.
We started with one van and a phone number, working the subdivisions along the Grand Parkway. Most of the early work came from neighbours passing the number along, and that is still where a good share of it comes from.
Ten years in, the crew is five technicians, all certified and insured, all working the same patch. Nobody is driving in from the far side of Houston, which is why an arrival window here is two hours rather than a whole day.
Each van carries sealed system tools, a vacuum pump and the parts that fail most often on the brands built into Katy homes. That stock is the reason most jobs close on the first visit instead of turning into a second trip.
We quote a flat price after the diagnosis, drop the service call fee when you approve the repair, and write ninety days on parts and labor onto the invoice. If a repair is not worth your money, we say so and tell you why.
Most Katy calls taken before noon get a slot the same day, the rest within forty-eight hours.
You hear the full cost after the diagnosis and before any tool comes out. No hourly meter.
Written on the invoice. If the same fault comes back inside that window, we return at no charge.
OEM where the manufacturer still supplies it, and we tell you when a part is aftermarket.
