We collect what a repair visit needs and nothing beyond that. This page says what, why, and for how long.
Last updated October 2026
When you book a repair, by phone or through the form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service address, and whatever you tell us about the appliance.
We do not collect payment card details through this site. Payment happens at the visit, through our card terminal or in cash.
Your phone number is how we call back and confirm the arrival window. The address is how the technician finds you. The appliance details decide which parts go on the van.
We keep a record of the repair so that a warranty claim can be checked against the original invoice, and so the next technician knows what was already done.
Our own technicians and office staff, and nobody else. We do not sell or rent contact details, and we do not pass them to marketing companies.
Two exceptions, both of them practical: the payment processor handling a card transaction, and a parts supplier when a part has to be ordered to your model and shipped. Neither receives more than the transaction needs.
Booking and invoice records are kept for four years, which covers the warranty period and the tax records we are required to hold.
Form submissions that never turn into a visit are deleted within twelve months.
This site uses cookies that keep it working and, if analytics are enabled, a measurement cookie that counts visits and shows which pages people use. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser. The site still works, including the booking form.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for tax or warranty reasons. Call or email and we will deal with it.
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to access, correct and delete personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
